Final round of "Czechia Slovakia Has Talent" to broadcast this weekend, Romani family act makes the finals

Viewers of the "Czechia Slovakia Has Talent" (Česko Slovensko má talent) show have voted for the band Romstar Vyškov to enter the finals this weekend, which will be broadcast live on Saturday, 11 December at 20:35 by JOJ TV in Slovakia. Viewers in the Czech Republic will be able to watch the finals live through the Prima TV website or a recording of it on Sunday, 12 December at 20:15 on Prima's regular broadcast.
During Saturday's broadcast viewers will vote for the talent show winner, who will take home EUR 40 000. There are eight finalists to choose from: dancer Noro Grofčík, French-German acrobat Remi Martin, singer Dominika Titková, the circus duo Deadly Games from Las Vegas, violinist Martina Výbohová, the Diamonds dance ensemble, singer Denisa Bombíková or the Romstar Vyškov band.
Romstar Vyškov scored points performing their hit "Where Were You Yesterday?" (Kde si včera bol), the video of which has been viewed more than 7.5 million times on YouTube.com. The band was created in 2017 by Karel Janeček, Sr and his sons, Karel, Jr and Damian, and performs at social events in the Czech Republic and Slovakia.
Romani singer Bartoloměj Girga did not make the finals even though his excellent performance dedicated to his late son captivated the jury. Similarly moving performances by Romani musician Tibor Žida and by Devjatkakare čhave ("The Children of Luník IX"), a Romani children's choir, also did not ultimately make it to the finals.
