The Central European University (CEU), which is headquartered in Budapest, has announced it is taking applications from Romani students for the 2016-2017 academic year. The program, entitled Roma Graduate Preparation Program (RGPP), focuses on an intensive, two-semester preparation of undergraduates, especially those in the social sciences, to continue on to a Master's program.

The RGPP program offers interested students preparation for applying themselves in their field of choice, for example, through intensive courses in academic English, writing, critical thinking or debate, as well as counseling regarding the fields of Economics, Environmental Studies, Gender Studies, History, International Relations, Human Rights, Mathematics, Nationalism Studies, Philosophy, Political Science, Public Policy, Sociology or Social Anthropology, as well as related disciplines. The deadline by which to apply is 24 April 2016 - more information is available at: https://rap.ceu.edu/apply-rgpp
