Chair of Prague DSSS celebrates ultra-right terrorist murdering woman in USA

25.7.2017 8:14 The attention of national media in the United States has been drawn by the immigration of roughly 40 Romani asylum-seekers, originally from Romania, into a small town of 7 000 near Pittsburgh, PA called California. USA: Number of cases of anti-Semitism grows since Trump elected

WWII-era letters from Prague by relatives of former US ambassador describe the advancing Holocaust

20.4.2017 11:12 A book of letters describing the onset of the Holocaust and the gradual introduction of prohibitions for the Jewish population of Prague was launched yesterday at the Lucerna Palace by the editors together with former US Ambassador to the Czech Republic Andrew Schapiro. The letters were written from 1939 through 1941 by his family members, who remained behind in occupied Prague, to their adult children who had managed to move to the USA.  full story

Inclusive education from the Czech Republic to Georgia to the USA

Romani fashion designer wins international competition in the USA

20.11.2016 11:09 Pavel Berky, a fashion designer from Slovakia of Romani origin who lives and works in London, England, was one of four finalists in the international fashion competition Exalt Fashion Show. United States Holocaust Memorial Museum: It is extremely inappropriate to "catch Pokémon" in our building

USA: Protests against police violence continue, resulting in hundreds of arrests

USA: African-American sniper kills five white police officers in Dallas after two African-American civilians killed by police elsewhere

9.7.2016 22:58 An armed African-American sniper identified as Micah Xavier Johnson, 25, of Mesquite, Texas, a military veteran who served in Afghanistan, killed five police officers in Dallas, Texas and injured six more during an otherwise peaceful demonstration on 7 July against police violence being committed against African-Americans.
