Czech President's erroneous remarks about school inclusion criticized by experts

Czech Republic: Romani Student Movement says Roma must be involved in addressing affairs that affect them

Pre peskere pindre: Romani leaders in Czech Republic learn how to avoid financial transactions with those who humiliate Roma

Czech NGO ROMEA launches I HAVE A DREAM! campaign to support Romani students

24.4.2018 14:23 The ROMEA organization, in collaboration with Bader Philanthropies, has launched another campaign to support students as part of their Scholarship Program for Romani students of colleges, high schools and technical schools. The campaign is entitled I HAVE DREAM! and clearly references the strong message of human rights fighter Martin Luther King, Jr., who was a central representatives of the movement for the equality of African-Americans in the USA.  full story

Czech party wants to abolish compulsory preschool, former EdMin calls it a cheap gesture

5.2.2018 6:59 The Civic Democratic Party (ODS) has proposed abolishing compulsory preschool for five-year-olds and would also like to get rid of their legal obligation to accept children as young as two, which according to the current law will be introduced two years from now.
