Holy Quran translated into gypsy language for first time

The Holy Quran has been translated into the language of the Balkan's
gypsies for the first time as reported by the Central News Bureau of the
Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting (IRIB) on Thursday.
According to the report, after several years of hard work a gypsy
living in the Balkans region, Muharem Serbezoski, succeeded in translating
the Holy Quran into the gypsy language.
Serbezoski presented one volume of his newly published book to the reis-ul-ulema
of the Bosnia-Herzegovina Islamic Society on Wednesday, added the report.
The translator said that he would inroduce his gypsy version of the
Quran in an official ceremony after Eid-Ul-Fitr, the end of the holy
fasting month of Ramadan which is celebrated in Europe on Thursday.
Serbezoski also said he would distribute free copies of his book to his
fellow Bosnian gypsies.
Gypsies are a race originally from Asia who live and maintain a
migratory life in certain states in Europe and the US.
