28.6.2017 11:24 The Czech Interior Ministry is monitoring as many as 40 online servers which they believe are harming the interests of the Czech state, according to news server Aktuálně.cz, which has managed to acquire internal materials from the ministry and statements from some highly-positioned officials there. The servers being monitored include websites that purely serve disinformation purposes, as well as websites that are manipulative or propagandistic. full story
Czech tabloid falls for journalists' trap, publishes absurd conspiracies and fake news without fact-checking20.4.2017 10:16 Czech-language online tabloid news server Parlamentní listy has been reporting that the USA is using mind-altering chemicals in Syria through so-called "chemtrails", as well as rumors that "cyclo-fascists" and "eco-terrorists" are responsible for recent terrorist attacks in Europe. This kind of "information", referencing fake sources, has been published by the online tabloid without any attempt at fact-checking.

3.1.2017 6:39 On 1 January the Center against Terrorism and Hybrid Threats (Centrum proti terorismu a hybridním hrozbám) was created at the Czech Interior Ministry and will be involved in, among other things, combating domestic and foreign disinformation and propaganda, especially online.
